I'm working my way around in Zwolle (the netherlands). What about the others??

The best location in Montpellier, France is definetely La place de la Comédie. There are like 10 PokéStops really close and you can catch many Pokémon on La Esplanade.
L'Université de Montpellier 3 has like 4 and plenty of Pokémon to catch as well! And the Carrefour City nearby has 3 that are incredibly close O.o The 3 of them almost activate at the same time.
I will update you guys about Madrid when I go back
